Required Travel Documentation

Participants must have a valid passport and visa, with at least six months of validity. Additionally, participants who hold a European passport must apply for an ESTA authorization.

If the participant traveling with us is a minor, it is necessary to process the “Minor Travel Authorization Form” through the immigration authorities of each participating country. This document must be stamped by the corresponding authority.

04

What happens if the visa is not obtained on time?

The agency must be notified at least 60 days before the trip in order to pause the program participation and transfer it to the following school year, without changing the destination previously contracted. Alternatively, the family may transfer the participation to another student.

Under no circumstances may the program be canceled, as there is a risk of losing the amount already paid up to that point.

Please note: The registration fee is non-refundable.

Supervision and Safety

We have a large and highly trained staff team that accompanies participants at all times, providing appropriate safety measures not only regarding physical well-being, but also as support and guidance for any situations that may arise during the trip.

All excursions will be supervised by staff, ensuring that participants arrive at and leave all activities on time. Therefore, no participant may leave the hotel or any other authorized location unless accompanied by the responsible adult.

Additionally, we have implemented a QR-code wristband system that allows us to monitor and control each of our safety processes.

07

Rooms

Rooms are based on double occupancy.

In some cases, triple or quadruple rooms may also be available; however, this will depend on the policies and availability of the hotels where we stay.

All of our trips are designed to promote independence, self-management, spontaneity, creativity, and individuality among participants. Therefore, parents may not participate in our programs, as doing so would affect the logistics and expected outcomes.
